Once we define the comprehensive budget that ensures the wedding stays on track financially, we are proceeding with vendor selection. Recommending and liaising with reputable vendors such as photographers, florists, caterers, musicians, and decorators who can deliver the desired services is crucial in worry-free wedding. We are well known with local culture and people, and this is really important in a small country like Croatia. Along with suppliers selection, we will coordinate them too. 

There are three types of ceremonies that can be held in Croatia- church, legal and symbolic. We will lead you in church ceremony process. Firstly, you will have to visit your local parish, and undertake a course for engaged couples. After, your bishop will create and send the “Nihil Obstat” document to the bishop in Croatia that will perform your religious wedding ceremony. Collect all of the necessary wedding documents you will need, within five to six months before your wedding. Couples can also have a civil marriage alongside the religious church wedding ceremony in Croatia.

In case you’re having only a civil ceremony in Croatia, we will assist you in Legal ceremony process, by navigating the legal requirements for a destination wedding, including marriage licenses, permits, and necessary paperwork. Around 4 months before the wedding day, a couple should ask for a meeting at the City hall to give Notice of marriage. You will need to send to us a birth certificate not older than 3 months prior to the wedding notarized with an official Apostille stamp, along with the Certificate of No Impediment and copies of passports of both fiancées and witnesses. All documents must be translated by the Official court Interpreter for Croatian and the language of origin. A couple must personally apply for Marriage 45-30 days before the wedding day providing full documentation required by the Law.

Symbolic ceremony is the most cost-effective and our favourite option since it can be personalised and conducted in any language. If this case we will be happy to recommend an officiator too. The ceremony looks pretty much the same, with exchanging vows and newlyweds assignment.

In our service is included organization of all side events such as rehearsal dinner, hen and stag parties, day after brunch or a boat trip etc. We will take care for transportation, accommodations, and guest logistics to ensure a seamless experience for all attendees.
