Franciscan Monastery

Franciscan monastery is located just a few minutes from all important wedding venues in Hvar town. Take a walk with your wedding party from Hvar’s square along the promenade or enjoy the water taxi from Amfora bay, and arrive at waterfront of the Franciscan monastery. You can enjoy the beauty and history of the monastery walls, cluster and garden by holding a civil or symbolic ceremony.  Monastery museum is famous for its magnificent painting of the Last Supper which leaves everyone breathless. Most of the ceremonies are hold in the shadow of 300-year old cypress that is located in the garden of the monastery.
